Refund Policy

We accept returns on unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Clubs that have been custom built or fitted to specification are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Golf balls must be unopened in original packaging. Apparel may be returned unworn with tags attached.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
